The watch has a Thomas lid to open to get the time, the screen fades in and out, looks scrambled up and then goes blank. The watch itself is very nice looking, and I know he would've liked it alot, if it worked. I am very disappointed. So glad that I checked it before I gave it to him, for his birthday.
